U.S. Ambassador to Ireland Claire Cronin hosted her first official event at the Ambassador's House in Dublin on March 22 to celebrate the launch of the Irish American Partnership's "Play and Learn" program for Irish elementary schools. Amb. Cronin had tested positive for COVID and joined the event via Zoom. Her husband, Ray Cronin, participated in person and was joined by Aidan Browne, partner at Sullivan & Worcester LLP, and Gene O'Flaherty, now of counsel at that firm.

Two years after the ill-fated 2020 “A St. Patrick’s Day Celtic Sojourn” tour, which had the misfortune to coincide with the beginning of the Covid lockdowns, the show – presented in virtual format last year – is set for an in-person theatrical run.
