The Irish American Partnership Hosted a reception on Thursday, November 7 in the Irish Room of John J Burns Library at Boston College. The event honored Philip Haughey president of the Haughey Company, and welcomed Rev. Gregory Dunstan, the dean of the Anglican St Patrick's Cathedral in Armagh (Church of Ireland), and keeper of the Armagh Robinson library, the oldest public library in Northern Ireland. Before an audience of some 40 guests, Rev Dunstan said the library is embarking on a fund drive as it nears its 250th anniversary in 2021. Also speaking were Partnership’s Mary Sugrue, Burns Librarian Christian Dupont and historian Ireland Dr. Frank Costello Ph.D, a former Boston public official now based in Belfast.
